Integrated Water Resources Management

Worldwide, the management of deltas, rivers and coastal areas is a major challenge. How can we cope with the growing demand for water for food and energy, while these ecosystems are already under stress? Climate changes with excessive droughts and floods make this even more complex, especially in urban deltas. Our firm has been involved in research and consultancy in the field of integrated water management in deltas and river basins for a long time, particularly in Africa. With local partners we collect and analyse data through remote sensing, field research and monitoring. We work in Senegal, Mali and Guinea on integrated water management and climate adaptation.
